Meet Bobbie

For more than five decades, Bobbie Schmitt has been recognized as a leader, mentor, and trusted advisor in the real estate industry. Licensed since 1972, she has guided thousands of buyers and sellers through the purchase and sale of their homes, earning a reputation for professionalism, market knowledge, and deep commitment to client success. Bobbie has been described by many as “passionate” about the real estate business and her service to her clients.
 
Bobbie’s experience extends beyond individual transactions. She has served on numerous committees within the National Association of REALTORS®, contributing her expertise to initiatives that shaped industry standards and practices nationwide. Her dedication to advancing the profession and advocating for clients has earned her recognition at the highest levels. Twice honored as Realtor of the Year, Bobbie’s peers have acknowledged her as both a role model and a trailblazer. Her academic foundation is enhanced by eight national real estate certifications and designations providing the highest levels of advanced education for her clients. Combined with decades of real-world experience, this education underscores her ability to navigate complex markets with wisdom and confidence.
 
In addition to her extensive sales career, Bobbie has educated and mentored sales agents, managers, and brokers on both national and international stages. Outside of real estate, Bobbie is deeply committed to community causes. She proudly supports the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, the Special Olympics, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Shriner’s Hospitals for Children and the American Cancer Society.
 
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Bobbie treasures time with her husband, Tom, their blended family of ten children and more than twenty grandchildren, and their beloved Maltese, Chanel. She also enjoys traveling and golfing, finding balance and joy in every season of life.

GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute)

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist)
Awarded to real estate professionals in the top 10% of their local real estate market as well as completion of extensive top-notch training for marketing of luxury real estate. Designees have access to special marketing created for only the high-end, luxury home market.

RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert)
Experience and expertise in all types of negotiation styles and techniques to provide effective results for her clients - whether Buyer or Seller. Expertise in negotiation is a must.

PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)
The PSA designation is awarded to advisors that have the professional expertise, competence, the best use of technology and the best approach to price your home properly - a must in today’s ever-changing marketplace.

CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager)
The CRB is one of the most respected and relevant designations in the real estate industry, with extensive advanced educational and professional requirements
for the best-qualified business strategist in real estate office and advisor management.
